Thank you for choosing our store. We understand that each of our vessels is a fragile, irreplaceable piece of art, which is why we treat the packaging and transit process with the utmost care and precision.
Important Notice: At this time, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom (UK), including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not offer international shipping at present.
1. Delivery Options & Rates
All orders are dispatched via trusted premium courier services (such as DHL, DPD, or Royal Mail Special Delivery) and include full tracking and transit insurance.
• Standard
• Delivery time: 3–5 working days.
• Cost: Complimentary for orders over £500, or a flat fee of £15 for orders under £500.
• Express
• Delivery time: 1–2 working days.
• Cost: £25.
Please note: Estimated delivery times begin once the courier has collected the order. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days following payment confirmation.
2. Premium Protective Packaging
Every vase undergoes a rigorous quality check before dispatch. We use specialized, multi-layered protective packaging tailored for fragile fine art:
• Custom-fit shock-absorbing foam inserts.
• Heavy-duty, double-walled kraft cardboard exterior boxes.
• Signature protective void-fill and highly visible "Fragile" labeling.
All shipments are insured for 100% of the item’s value against damage or loss during transit.
3. Tracking & Delivery Receipt
As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing your Tracking Number to follow your parcel's journey in real time.
• Signature Required: Due to the high value of our items, all deliveries must be signed for in person by the recipient. Couriers are strictly instructed not to leave parcels unattended on doorsteps or with unauthorized neighbors unless previously arranged.
4. Transit Damage
While we take every precaution to ensure your vase arrives in pristine condition, accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged:
1. Please take clear photographs of the damaged piece and the packaging immediately upon receipt.
2. Contact our customer concierge team at [insert email] within 24 hours of delivery.
3. We will arrange for a complimentary replacement (subject to unique piece availability) or issue a full refund, including any applicable delivery fees.
